No ADSL ports

Just moved to a new home in truganina. called telstra and found out there are no ports available to provide adsl services and NBN will take 2 years to be installed. Tried other providers as well but i couldnt find any resonable answer. In such situations what can i do to get an internet connection at my home !!!!

Only thing you can really do is to keep trying every week or so to see if there is a port free. Ports are allocated on a "first in" type basis

 

The only other alternative would be mobile broadband

Thanks for your respone. I will probably switch over to mobile broadband.
