Check https://outages.telstra.com for outages in your area. Then call 1800 834 273 to report the issue.

If your 4G backup isn't working, then either the modem is seeing a landline signal or the modem or SIM is faulty.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Apparently my internet is working fine all lights are doing what they are meant to , but its not sending the signal out , so have to wait 2 weeks for a technician
