No resolution reached

After 7 phone calls to Telstra support with several tests, including a NBN technician visit, the internet drop outs and unuseable connection cannot be resolved, running out of options.

Any suggestions other than cancelling service?

Need more information. Firstly what type of connection do you have and what has been done so far...
