No signal

I have Adsl and using wifi for my laptop, why is the signal not strong enough when trying to use Messenger Video call to the point where the video call is made but neither of us can see each other , just a blank black screen then it says connection Lost ?

As you are on ADSL, there may not be enough bandwidth to sustain a video call.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
