Not all devices are connecting to NBN

Everything was working fine and then a couple of weeks ago my Google Hub stopped working.  When I tried to re-connect to the NBN it would just say it was unable to.  Then most of my devices stopped connecting.  I have rebooted, reset to default and now some devices are on line and others not.  My sons PC on Ethernet has been fine but mine on Ethernet does not load anything on Chrome other than Facebook.  All ipads in the house are not loading anything anymore but we have Netflix.  My laptop is working on WiFi.  Such a frustrating thing as when we first got NBN all was fine and now is not.  Have changed modems and still same issue. Help!!!!!  Frustrated talking to India who just keep resetting the modem.

Re: Not all devices are connecting to NBN

Hi @Chrissy15, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of the troubles you're having. Can you please try "forgetting the network" on the devices affected then reconnecting to see if this resolves the issue. Let me know how you go.
