November Outages

So Telstra reports no outages in my area for the last week. Perth (6027) My internet has been almost useless. I'm very tech savvy and I know a cover up when I see one. ATM's down. Widespread outages, Tracking devices failing. Own up Telstra, NBN co. is this the result of a cyber attack (ddos) or are you no longer able to provide a reliable service?
