On 20th Feb our 1st top up did not work.

21st we complained and still not working. Telstra said only 1 top up left and we have not used any because they don't work. Please fix asap.

It can't be fixed through this forum. If the phone consultants haven't been able to fix it, lodge a formal complaint via so that it can be further investigated.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

If you raised a complaint on February 21, please allow 3-5 business days for you case manager to be assigned and investigate this further before they can contact you.
