Order problem

I made a phone order for a small broadband via the 132200 phone number on Tuesday 17th March about 6:45pm. They said I would receive an order notification within 48 hours by email but it has not arrived. As I do not have an order number I cannot track. What do people suggest. Is it possible the order fell thru the cracks or perhaps significantly delayed for some reason. I did call 132200 back twice to ask a couple of questions as I had a very bad line with the initial call and could only hear part of what the person said. thank your regards

I went to Telstra Malvern and they sorted it out.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
