Today was supposed to be activation day and technician was supposed to call me but no technician and no phone call. I took a day of work for nothing. I recently signed up for Cable Broadband and before today (scheduled activation day) status was in progress now it is delayed. Tried chatting online but it got cut out. Tried calling but no 24 hour help.
