Got sent an email about a week ago regarding an outage for up to 2 hours today between 7am-3pm. Went off about 6.30am this morning and has been down since, now the status page says current interuption until Monday at 6pm.
What's the deal Telstra? Surely you can't expect people in this day and age to go without internet for 5 days
Very sorry for the inconvenience. The initial maintenance was to investigate an issue in the area, and this investigation has identified a larger issue that needs to be resolved, which does unfortunately take time
