Outage notification

What is the point of sending us NBN outage notifications if they are incorrect.  We were told that the NBN will be conducting maintenance on certain days twice and each time the outage occured on days different to the date in the notification. It only shows lack of communication between Telstra and NBN. The NBN just do what they want and disrupt the Internet when they want for as long as they need without any concern for the users. Losers. Really frustrated with both organisations
