Rerouting issue tracert suggests the request isnt leaving telstra

when i run a tracert on my website this is what i receive

any idea how to resolve this re routing issue as i need to access my servers and the request simply isnt making it

Funnily enough I get the same issue if I try to traceroute via UDP, but works via ICMP.

 

Website itself seems to load fine

 

The 2 hops before you get the request time outs is not within Telstra's network. Issue is either with GTT communications or whoever they have handed it off to.

There could be some maintenaince occuring or a fault on the server hosting your site. If you do a test using ping plotter there is intermittent 100% packet lose on the last hop.

 

The request time out after hop 15 could be due to the site having respond to ping turned off.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
