Sorry im over bad reception from you, we have constant drop outs on adsl2, not impressed as you charge for it.
If i pay for a service i want to use it.......... you dont deliver

Sorry im over bad reception from you, we have constant drop outs on adsl2,
ADSL service (inclusive of ADSL2+ as a network access technology) does not rely on any form of radio reception for connection to the Internet. If you connect to the router on your LAN by Wi-Fi, drop-outs occurring in wireless connectivity of your end-user devices is no reflection whatsoever on the home broadband service for which Telstra charges and for which you pay.
If you are getting constant drop-outs on your ADSL line, please post your modem stats, and perhaps if you use the correct terms to describe your issue we might be able to help.
