SLOW NBN SPEEDS FOR THE

I DID A SMART TROUBLESHOOTER AND IT CAME BACK SAYING SLOW SPEED FROM CONGESTION IN MY AREA AND THEY ARE WORKING ON FIXING IT BY TODAY THE 16TH  , IT SAID A $10 CREDIT WILL BE PUT ON BILL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE . HOW CAN I CHECK ON THIS UPDATE AND IS THIS COMMON FOR EVERYONE IN MY POSTCODE OF 5114 ? OUR UPLOAD SPEED WENT FROM  20MPS TO 100KPS .

oUR HOME PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING EITHER THE PHONE IT SELF SAYS IT IS UN REGERSTED AND HAS A LINE THROUGH A PICTURE OF A BELL ON IT AND WHEN I RING IT IT GOES TO MESSAGE BANK AFTER 8 RINGS .?

Voice is priority traffic and will work regardless of tc-4 congestion. I'd suggest contact NBN Assurance to have it investigated
