Are you having issues with any other devices connecting to your WiFi service within your home?
I would recommend having the device put into air plane mode and left for a couple of min before toggling this off and ensuring the right WiFi service is being connected to. This will be listed on the settings for the device.
I will also have this post assigned to our Social Media Tech Team so that they can assist further with these connection issues as well. They will be in after 9am and will hopefully be able to have this connection made correctly.
