Should my broadband be working?

Ok so my net isn't working at all atm yet my foxtel is working fine, on the service status page I can see there is an outage for broadband and foxtel in my area (2759) so I figured well if the foxtel is working shouldn't the broadband be? I just assumed that the outage would affect both the foxtel and broadband, I did a reset on the broadband yesterday, is there a way I can try to see if the net is working? My laptop broke Sunday so I've only got an iPad, iPhone or ps3 to use on the net

Hi Daryl88,

The Foxtel & Cable Outage for 2759 are both now resolved as of early this morning 11/3/13.

I would suggest to try resetting your modem again, if you are still having issues after this I'd suggest to get in contact with Technical Support on 133933.
