I have telstra cable with a 500gb monthly limit and the speed boost witch costs 130$ a month during day i get 115mbits down and 2.4 up and once its past 7:30pm at night it drops too 3-10mbits before we moved here i had fine at night on different exchange just wondering how i go about getting it fixed dont see point pay 130$ a month if internet is useless at night time cant even play games online past 7:30 here is my speedtest that was taken

There is a thread going on the same issue on the Castle Hill NSW exchange.
1-2 Mbps downloads after 6pm every evening...
Seems Telstra have a big problem.
Getting a response from Telstra tech support is impossible - they keep offering to send a technician out , that tells you your connection is fine.

There is probably nothing with the line itself, Sounds like a classic case of congestion.
If it is network congestion then upgrades need to be done at the exchange level. Send a tech out wont achieve anything ( trust me I have tried this ).
The best thing you can do is lodge a complaint with the TIO
