Slow NBN Speed

My internet speed is very slow and has been for the past two weeks. Phones, Computers, Telstra TV all struggle to connect and require multiple refreshes to connect and load pages or stream. It is so frustrating that I have turned my wifi off on my phone and use 4G via optus to work on my phone. 22.2mbps @ 7:50am is not what I am paying for. I have tried turning the modem off and on the problem remains.
