If you're not currently affected by a disruption, my advice would be to login & complete this as it may help fix the issues you're having but also helps speed up the fault process if you need to call our fault team on 133933 (if you have NBN, please call 1800 834 273).
They'll arrange an appointment if they're unable to resolve on the call.
