Strange routing issue. Can get to Westpac.com.au not banking.westpac.com.au

Hi, I am seeing a strange routing issue at one of the sites I manage. When the site goes to banking.westpac.com.au this is the result:

traceroute to banking.westpac.com.au (203.24.5.4), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets
 1  gw1.vic.asp.telstra.net (203.45.255.1)  17.071 ms  18.499 ms  19.197 ms

The end user cannot get to the log in page to their westpac bank account.

All the other sites I manage get to the log in page fine but their route doesn't show the last private IP 192.168.32.2 route.

Any ideas as to why?

Hi tlewis

If the basic troubleshooting has already been completed like reconnecting cables and leaving modem disconnected for a few minutes before reconnecting then the business faults team can escalate further on 132999.

This: banking.westpac.com.au (203.24.5.4) is the problem... You have some DNS issue... It should be resolving to 203.24.3.4... Although, looking at the route - it is behind Akamai, so it can be their (Akamai) issue too...
