Need someone to decipher the logs that I saw from Telstra, to me it appears someone is trying to gain remote access or its being synced !

Thanks so much for replying @343GuiltySpark That’s great to know... only one question remains - How do I confirm it’s not enabled on my modem? 

Ok 2 questions lol - Is there a reason I can’t post a picture if it here?

If remote access isn't enabled on your modem then a 3rd party isn't going to be able to access your modem through the remote access built into the modem. Sync/synced is generally when your modem has connected back to Telstra/the adsl/vdsl line.
For Official Support Chat Now, try the Online Troubleshooter, check for Outages or Raise a Complaint.

From memory its in advanced settings and is disabled by default.

To determine iv remote access is enabled in the modem log into ghe modem and go to Services > Remote Web Access.

 

You should be able to post a picture. The picture first has to be saved to storage on your device.

 

Your original post heading mentioned Team viewer which is softwsre that can be installed on your PC to enable remote access to PC. If you are not using Teamviewer suggest you uninstall the software.
