Telstra NBN Speeds Inconsistant & Slow

I have been with Telstra cable Broad band for the last 5 year and have been getting sppeds around 35mbs. I switched to NBN and now get anywhere between 5 to 15 mbs. The customer support has been as always very UNHELPFUL

Any ideas what I can do to get back my broad band.

When you switched across to NBN HFC, you were most likely put on the standard 25/5 plan, so this will have slowed you down for starters.  The fluctuations in speed are normal in areas that are just coming online as the amount of CVC purchased from NBN (very expensive) is matched to usage.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
