Telstra Smart Modem rip off

Why is it that a customer like myself who has been a Telstra customer for over 30 years has to pay $9 a month for the smart modem while a new customer who has shown no loyalty whatsoever gets it for free. Just about over Telstra

Have a talk with the Disconnections team in Adelaide. They have the most

discretion. Ring 132200  and say Disconnections 7.30am to 9pm AEST for your call to go to Adelaide. You may be pleased.
