Have noticed my NBN connection has been on backup mode for several days, have restarted it several times, removed and reconnected plugs and reset it with no success. I've logged into the diagnostics at 220.127.116.11 and it tells me DSL is disconnected and the diagnostics give No Signal as the DSL status, does anyone have any idea how to restore the DSL connection>
What type of NBN connection do you have. If it's FTTN check that DSL port on modem is connected to phone wall socket and make sure nothing is plugged into any spare phone wall sockets. If you have more than one phone wall socket try another socket. If link still down ring support and lodge a fault.
