I am with Telstra ADSL. My street name has "Inlet" at the end. But Telstra system does not have it, so person who connected fudged it by making my address ending in "Street".
Now, nbn.co says I can connect nbn at the "Inlet" address. But, Telstra thinks I am at the "Street" address & says nbn is not available. I have tried everything (call centre, Telstra shop, IT, faults etc). No one has been able to correct the address.
So, I am stuck with ADSL with speeds around 1.5 Mbits (I am 10 km from SydneyCBD!!)
Can a Senior Telstra person help with my problem please? Thanks
