Hi Simon_13 and welcome to Crowd Support.

The first thing you want to try is turning the modem off and on again.

Next perform an isolation test to make sure it's not something like a faulty filter interfering with the signal to your modem.

If after these two things it still won't connect up to the exchange then it's time to give tech support a call on 133933 I'm afraid.
