Telstra keeps sending messages telling me my smart modem still connected to 4g
Hi. Telstra has been sending text messages to the mobile linked to my home account saying that my smart modem is still connected to 4g and if I don't switch back to adsl my speed will be limited. I have checked the modem lights and the gateway ip of 192.168.0.1 and it says connection is definitely adsl. The phone line was disconnected briefly a couple of weeks ago but Im not sure if there is a glitch when it switched back to adsl as in Telstra still thinks it is connected to 4g. Any ideas?
