Telstra's bad customer service

Is there a good reason why I need to wait 1.5hrs to have someone answer my call after paying $180 month for the past 10 years? 4 hrs on the phone this week to seemingly have some guy flick a switch and speed up my internet...I’ve can honestly say I’ve never had worse customer service from any company I’ve had long term dealings with. Why would I stay??

I am sorry to hear of the long calls in trying to have the speed investigated, that is frustrating.

What was advised at the end of these calls? Is this being investigated?
