Hi, yeah, there are no outages in our area. We have rebooted the modem.
I have tried a reset but only amber light comes on when we turn it back on.
Phone has dial tone and I have even tried to bypass phone by putting directly into modem and no lights other than the Amber one comes on.
I cannot go to 10.0.0.138 (says safari cannot reach server). I’m lost 🤷♀️
If you have a ADSL connection and WAN light is green could try entering your bigpond username (Full bigpond primary email address) and password in the PPPOE section of the Broadband settings in the modem. There is also a trouble shooting tool at the link below you could use for trouble shooting the fault.
I have done the troubleshooting already, gets to end with no help. There is no green lights on at all. It’s really strange
The modem could be faulty. If you have already tried factory resetting modem ring support. If your modem is under warranty they will replace the modem.
