Over the last couple of hours, I have used one of my 3 top up allowed on my account, where on the top out was told it would be activated within an hour, but still experiencing slow speed, Am unable to use you Telstra TV, due to slow speed, I acknowledge on my account I am over my data usage, but using the allowed free top ups, but not expericing the speeds I'm paying for?
I have seen it happen sometimes before where if there is something else going on on the account that online ones have failed to complete. In those cases speaking to the accounts team by phone or LiveChat they are usually able to push it through manually for you.
