I have just spent some frustrating time with the Telstra Support Call Centre. My request I thought was fairly simple. The request was as follows: I currently have two lines voice lines coming in to my home premises and I simply wanted to move the ADSL Service from Line 1 to Line 2 only to find this can not be done with out cancellation of the line 1 that is currently carrying the ADSL Service.
Is that the case or can the request be done? Any suggestions
