Hi - I'm having the same issue with Wiz lights. Gone through troubleshooting with provider, then came across this post.
I called Telstra - and referenced this post - however they weren't sure what I was talking about.
I've since taken out the SimCard (which isn't to say it changed the IP address), reset the modem. Tried port forwarding. No luck.
