Hi, Guys. I just meet some problem with setup the Netgear modem. I would like to change the Telstra Modem (TG797n V3) to Netgear D3600, because it is really not stable and slow speed.
After I connect the cable, all the lights are on, however it shows there is no internet. Anyone knows why is it?

What type of connection do you have? If it is ADSL have you set it up as an PPPOE connection and entered your bigpond username (full email address) and password in the modems PPPOE settings
