Hi, I've got an unlimited data plan on the NBN 100/40 and I've just logged in to see that my data usage for the past month is over 350gb. Yet when I check the modem (which has been online for 13 days), the usage only states 2.5GB. So yeah, I think the website is broken Telstra. Or can someone explain this? Cheers, Craig.

The Technicolor and Sagemcom modem's usage meters get reset every time modem is rebooted. I not sure if the same occurs on the Arcadyan modem. Has the modem been rebooted recently?
