I would like to upgrade to the fastest NBN internet plan but I tried to do this via Telstra My Account but I get this message
If you want to change your plan please call 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273)
But due to virus 19 there are long, long, long waiting times.
Is there another way that I can request this? for example via email? But I would like to know the prices and if its unlimited data too.

Send a message to the consultants via Facebook or Twitter. They may be able to offer a suggestion.
Note: you can only go on the fastest plan (100/40) if you have an FTTP or HFC connection. All other connection types are limited to 50/20 maximum.
I have the same question also - did you manage to have any luck?
They are no longer even accepting calls, they just say they can't talk to you right now. My speed is so slow!
