Upload bandwidth

Hi,

 

I am getting around 15mbps downloading speed and 2mbps uploading speed. 

Problem starts when i am uploading something the overall speed falls down to .3 and .2 respectively.

I read it somewhere there i need QOS on my serves. Can you please confirm it and help me out in solving this issue.

 

I have tried your customer care several time but it was futile. They said dont upload (that does fix it). but that's not what i am paying billions of dollars for.

 

Your best customer is gettting frustrated.

QoS is generally handled by a router or in some cases software. Telstra modems do not have any adjustible QoS settings. Depending on the program you are using for uploading, there may be settings that can limit the upload speed
