Upload speeds

My upload speed is less than 5mb and when I contact Telstra they say this sis normal and I have a normal connect. Telstra only care about down load which is 115mb. Why is it that my phone has an upload speed of 20-40mb but cable can’t? Why doesn’t Telstra fix my connection?

You are not the only one with this problem. It is caused by some faulty programing in the NBN network. See second to last post in this thread.


Contact Telstra support again and if they don't escalate the fault to NBN lodge complaint by ring 132200 and say complaint when asked for reason off call or use online complaints form.
