Seriously it’s 9.45 am and I’m getting less than 1 mbs Telstra gives me a $30 pm reduction because they can’t guarantee the speed but enough I don’t care about the $30 it’s been 5 months and enough with the maintenance text messages I just want the service I signed up for

Have you had an visit by an NBN Technician to rule out misalignment of your antenna (although it it most likely congestion at the Tower, which is wholly in the realm of NBN Co to fix. Telstra can't touch it)?
