Been on hold for over 2 hours 15 mins about slow broadband. Rand 3 times to even get this far. Tried self help options - tools and chat both cut off after significant time. Terrible service Telstra. Slow broadband for 3 days. Can’t use any apps on any devices despite following all your online instructions. Then I can’t speak to anyone. I wonder how much longer I’ll have to wait to actually get some help. Absolute joke
