I have been with Telstra for over 20 years, but am now looking for other providers. The internet and Foxtel in West Pennant Hills has been down since 6pm yesterday and is now not scheduled for resolution until 8pm on Wednesday. Totally unacceptable.
I see that you have changed the time it went down from 6pm last night to 1.59pm today, why was that, to show you are not as inefficient as you really are.
Absolute disgrace, from what I can see most of Cherrybrook, Castle Hill and West Pennant Hills is down, so its not like 1 or 2 customers there would be thousands.
