Where's my cable modem?

My new cable modem was supposed to be delivered last Friday (7 days ago) as arranged when I signed up for cable internet.

The modem still hasn't arrived.

How long does it take to deliver?

Normally anything up to 10 business days.

However you can jump on Live Chat and ask them for an update/con note number to track it.
