Have you just upgraded to a new modem. If you have upgraded to a new modem then the easiest way to fix this is change the LAN IP address and DHCP address range of the modem to the same as your old modem.
To change IP address of modem If you have the Telstra Smart modem log into the modem using a web browser and go to Advanced > Local Network. You should also set up a static lease for the camera in the modem to prevent other devices using the same IP address.
If you have the Technicolor modem see section 27 and 8 of document linked in this post. When you change IP address of modem you will need to disconnect and reconnect all devices for internet to continue working on devices.
