Wireless Plan Speeds

Answered

Hi All,

Just wanted to ask why is there no plan 50MB down for Fixed Wireless NBN ?

I am sure a while ago there was a option for this and now the best you can get is 25 MB.

Thanks

Slav

Re: Wireless Plan Speeds

From one of the NBN CIS;

For information on the speeds available please visit
telstra.com/speeds. A Very Fast Speed Boost is available
for an additional $20 per month or a Super Fast Speed Boost
(not available on Fixed Wireless on the nbn network) for an
additional $30 per month.

Unless there is a technical restriction at your local area Fixed Wireless is capable of having the Very Fast Speed Boost to give it speeds of up to 50/20Mbps (or Tier 4 speeds). They should be able to help add it via 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273) or be able to give you further information if there is a restriction preventing it in your specific area.
