I'm due to have nbn fttc connected tomorrow. For the moment I'm running on the back up network though receiving speeds of under 1 megabyte. I cant stream or do anything. Is this what I should expect? If so I'll look at other options. Thanks

We have an outage in our area, but we are getting a message to login to mygateway. Looking it up on telstra web site say you can use this if the cable internet goes down?

I think I have a cable outage since the thunderstorm an hour ago. The cable modem shows all yellow solid lights, rebooted several times. Checked telstra outage page for the address and it says no problems detected in the area. What next?
