on the 23rd Jan our broadband download jumped to 136682MB our normal would be around 3000 to 5000 MBWe were not home for most of the day Is there any issues with the metering?

No outage stated but no connection to internet cable all morning. Location Croydon Syd. No Wifi so can't login to account on mobile device. Huge wait on phone. Why is there no cable connection but Telstra troubleshooting say no fault. Rubbish!

As we all know, 5mbps upload is atrocious for this day and age, and it should be a lot higher for those on fibre on Velocity network. 

Are there plans to improve this anytime soon?
