Anyone know why my Telstra Boosters stopped working ? Modem works, even have had Telstra send me a new modem, but the Boosters no longer seem to be able to connect to modem or provide internet options around house ? Plugged in just not working ?

i have a colleague who has cable internet provided by her employer for work. It was called Cable 200GB SIK when provided in 2015. Is the limit for this plan still 200GB or was it  upgraded to at least the minimum plan on sale now , which is 500gb.

Modem has solid red light on ‘eco’ button and ‘internet’ light.have reset modem, checked cables, but still no joy....was working fine yesterday. No outages in my area. Anyone have any Ideas’s (on hold to Telstra now).
