best way to setup a VPN for some devices via WIFI

I hope someone with more experience than me can assist.

My home WIFI setup is like this:

Telstra Gateway MAX connected to Pinnacle cable averaging around 130mbps providing WIFI

Apple Time Capsule connected via LAN to the above which also provides WIFI for a  couple of older unit that wont work with the telstra router and it all works fine.

Now I want to add a VPN for some devices mainly the TV for netflix etc.

I have these routers spare which could be used too as WIFI routers.

Netgear N600 DGND3700v2

Netgear CG3100DA-2BPAUS

IT seems that the main two routers connected cannot be setup to point to a VPN.

so does anyone know how I can connect another router,  or buy a different one if what I have is not good, so I can setup a VPN on it and connect my TV and UHD 4K Bluray to it instead of the currrent WIFI.

I hope this makes sense.
