broad band not working properly

I have to use my mobile phone hot spot and data as my broadband is playing up, because of this I wont be paying for my useage on my my mobile phone if I go over my limit as I have important things to do David <removed for your privacy>

Hi David, I hope the connection is restored for you soon - if there are any widespread outages or maintenance works in your area these will be advised via our Service Status page at http://servicestatus.telstra.com/ which will be updated with information on an expected restoration time. If nothing is listed there then it may be an issue specific to your account or connection, in which case our Tech Support teams would be the best point of contact.

 

Free data usage on other services isn't provided for faults - while we can't request account details or make changes to services via posts on these forums, our Tech teams via 133 933 or  http://tel.st/hsc3 can discuss any plan fees or interim connection options for the service downtime.

This seems pretty poor ,,.. internet has been sliggish and eratic for ages ,,,,l 

Solitions or satusfactiry answes is not what one expects from Telstrs 

 

But it would be interesting to get a reply

If you have not done so check your usage Fixed Line Internet services can be slowed it the monthly allowance is reached, customers can add one of their 3 free top ups a year via My Account if this has happened.
