broadband cable internet

Hi,

The last 24 hours internet has been going on and off constantly.

Checked and turned/reset modem/gateway many times, no result.

Checked outage in area no definite re[ply.

All lights come on for gateway, internet working , 30 minutes later approx., all lights off no internet, 5 minutes later working again.

Please help as I cannot put up with this any longer.

Just advise of any online problems

If power light is staying on on the modem there could be a problem with your cable connection. Suggest you contact support and lodge a fault.

 

If power light is turning off one of your device might be causing modem to reboot. There have been several cases where i{hones with IOS 13 have been causing the DJA0231 modem to reboot.
