can't ring 1300 numbers

I can't ring 13 25 99   or 1300 012 708  or any 13 number at all.  They dial and connect okay but then there's a total silence.

It's okay.  It's working again.  Came good within 5 minutes.  Must have a glitch with the infrastructure or something.  I did nothing.  Just retried after a few minutes and there it was...
